Our choir rehearsals normally run from 3.50pm to 5.00pm (the time is subject to change as it is dependent on availability of the venue) on most Saturdays at Reading Central SDA church, 2 Tilehurst Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 7TN.

During practice we learn new songs, develop and improve our existing material in our repertoire and prepare the choir for events such as concerts, weddings and other public performances. Voice exercises and techniques are given during every rehearsal.

Workshops are run at least twice a year, which are led by music and voice experts. Workshops are compulsory for all the choir members as it is provides a platform to develop our vocal range; breathing; voice control and gospel singing techniques. In addition to this we will also acquire skills to assist with performance and the production. Members of the public who have no affiliation with the choir can for a small fee join our workshops once they have pre-booked sessions. For existing members there is no fee to pay to attend the workshop sessions.
